VIDEO CALL/CONSULTATION:

Video Call: 1200 SEK/1 hour, includes a recording of the consultation and a summary of the actions.

ONLINE COURSES/PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

The fee varies depending on the content and duration of the course.

ARRANGE COURSES/LECTURES

The fee varies depending on the content and duration of the course. Payment is made afterward via invoice.

For companies, organizations, and associations, the quoted prices are exclusive of VAT.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is required in advance when booking your appointment/purchasing online courses/webinars

For invoicing: In case of non-payment, a reminder fee of 50 SEK is added to each reminder. After the due date (30 days after the invoice date), a monthly late payment interest of 24% of the invoice amount is added. After two reminders, the case is sent to debt collection with an additional fee of 180 SEK. If the non-payment persists, the case is forwarded to the Enforcement Authority.

TERMS & CANCELLATION

Booking of behavioral assessment/follow-up/online consultation is done via the booking page.

Your time is reserved only after you have received the booking confirmation via email.

Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

For cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or no-shows, the full fee may be charged.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We follow Swedish consumer protection laws. As a private consumer, you have a right of withdraw within 14 days of your purchase. It applies from the day you ordered/booked the service we provide. The right of withdrawal is considered consumed if you start an ordered service within these 14 days. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a letter to: Alupo Hundkunskap AB, Smedjenässja 2, 36433 Åseda, Sweden.

The letter should include:

- Today's date

- Specify the product/service you regret purchasing

- Purchase date

- Cost

- Your name

- Your address, postal code, city, as well as email and telephone number

- Signature and printed name

This letter should be sent before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

If you wish to claim a refund for a course, training, or behavioral assessment, your right of withdrawal expires if the service has been started within these 14 days. The burden of proof that you have exercised your right of withdrawal lies with you. So, you need to be able to prove that you sent the letter within the deadline.

Upon approval of the right of withdrawal, the entire amount you paid for the service will be refunded. The refund will be made without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the approval of the refund.

In case of any dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. We comply with the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59).

OTHER TERMS

The Swedish Animal Welfare Act (2007:1150) stipulates that as a dog owner, you always have strict liability for your dog, even during courses, behavioral assessments, or follow-up/private training sessions. Your dog insurance covers injuries/accidents caused by your dog.
